J. F. Electric is a proud member of the National Electrical Contractors Association. All of our field employees are drawn from the ranks of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. So if you are interested in a career as a union electrician, telecommunications technician or meter reader, please contact your local IBEW union hall or NJATC chapter to learn more.

Together, NECA and the IBEW created the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, which operates hundreds of local programs offering apprenticeship and journeyman training for wiremen, linemen and telecommunications technicians. NJATC training introduces thousands of highly skilled, qualified and motivated men and women to careers in the electrical construction industry each year.
