J.F. Electric reinforces these safety expectations with specific training in the following areas:
J.F. Electric requires all employees to complete a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before any work begins. All hazards are identified and mitigations are implemented before any work starts. Additionally, all J.F. Electric employees have “ Stop Work Authority”. Any situation where an employee is not clear of what to do will be “Stopped”. A detailed review will be completed and corrective measures completed before work resumes.
